'I have booked the room with a reservation for parking lot. The hotel was a 2 mins walk to Femantle Market. Lots of dining options in the area. The beach areas were about 10 min walk. The hotel offered a 5 to 6pm free 1 drink at their pub next door with cheese platters. Breakfast was simple in the morning with nice bread and lots of jam spreads + coffee machine + tea. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much. The staff at check in was very friendly'

'+ Excellent location near the beach + Good hotel rooms and beds + neat and tidy + good shower Small minusses / point for improvements - need earplugs to sleep well (Glad I have them), noisy road & loud door closings - lights from hallway comes into room at night - staff please dim them or even make them movement based - hard to find healthy things with breakfast, no wholegrain bread available, no plain youghurt. '

'Norfolk hotel is oud gebouw lijkt sloppy; niet veel kamers waarvan maar enkele met eigen toilet/douche. Receptie soms aanwezig overdag maar meestal aan de bar. Na sluiting bar (doordeweeks 2130) via rommelige trap achterzijde met sleutel toegang. Kamer met kleine douche toilet wasbak , fan , airco, koelkast, koffie bureau ,tv , Elke dag nieuwe koffie cups; kamer schoon etc. Vrijdag-zaterdag zeer drukke bar/terras/restaurant (elke dag open). Veel jongeren, disco (geen overlast gehad). Ligging...

'Prima, ruime appartementen. Alles was netjes schoon gemaakt. Appartementen zijn prima gelegen om perth te bezoeken. 24 uurs receptie. receptie, zowel 's avonds als 's morgens erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'
