The Space:

A garage for one car, plus free parking on the street. The home is alarmed for security.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole property to yourselves, including the garage and the garden, with free street parking as well. The home comes fully furnished with linen and towels, WiFi, a washer/dryer, air conditioning, heating and two Smart TVs - and there are two kayaks and lifejackets provided for the adventurous.



The Neighborhood:

Ngongotahā is a quiet lakeside suburb of Rotorua, about 8km from the city centre, with its own medical centre, pharmacy, mini supermarket, petrol station and shops. A short five-minute drive takes you to takeaway shops and a large supermarket, along with attractions like the Agrodome, Zorb and Skyline's gondola and luge. It's a peaceful, handy base close to the lake, yet only about ten minutes from the city's shops, restaurants and attractions.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy. There's a bus stop just 200 metres from the house with direct services into the city centre, running every half hour (around $2 per trip, cash on the bus), plus free parking on site and on the street if you have a car. By car, Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours are all about 7 to 8 minutes away, Polynesian Spa and the lakefront around 15, Te Puia 16, the Redwoods about 21, and Rotorua Airport around 23.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 36 Mbps. The main living area has a heat pump, and each bedroom has its own heater and fan for comfort year-round. Two kayaks and lifejackets are provided. The home is alarmed for security.
