« Rien à reprocher au personnel qui est d'une extrème courtoisie et d'une grande disponibilité. Celà étant, durant le weekend que nous y avons passé nous avons constaté que les 4 étoiles ne sont pas méritées. Depuis l'idromassage de la baignore qui ne fonctionne pas, au sauna qui est éteint, en passant par la piscine qui est plus une arrière-pensée dans la prairie qu'un lieu créé pour etre utilisé, les installations sont un rien viellottes. « Exceptional hotel in every aspect. It was quiet,pretty views, has excellent customer service , delicious food and a spa. Very relaxing. We travel 4 countries in Europe in 30 days and this was pur favorite place. You can walk to Secada and Alpin De Suisi gondolas also. »

« The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. The spa service fees during the fall were so reasonable that I booked several appointments. Love it when I don't feel like I'm giving up a kidney...
