This elegant house with a private pool and sea views is located in the exclusive urbanization of Mas Fumats, in Roses.



With capacity for 6 to 8 people, it is the perfect shelter for unforgettable vacations.



The house is distributed across two floors to provide comfort and privacy to our guests.



On the main floor, you will find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One of these bathrooms has a shower, while the other features a relaxing bathtub.



Additionally, a charming staircase will lead you to the tower, where the third room with a private bathroom and shower awaits.



On the ground floor, at the level of the pool, you will find an additional studio with a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower.

This space is exclusively available for groups of more than 6 people during the low season, with a small supplement per extra person.



The house has air conditioning in three of the bedrooms and in the cozy living room, although the studio on the ground floor does not have this service.



The living room, with views of the impressive bay, is a bright and cozy place.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.



Additionally, we have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.



To keep you connected and entertained, we offer WiFi and a television with channels in English and German.



You will also be able to park up to two cars in the outdoor parking lot.

Is electricity included?

Yes, there is a basic consumption of 15kw per day included, in case of exceeding it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, which will be indicated in the rental contract.



What dimension does the pool have?

Measures 4x8m with an approximate maximum depth of 1.70m.



What are the beds like?

There are 2 double beds of 180x200m, 1 matrimonial bed of 150x200m, and 2 single beds of 90x190m.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have it available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
