'I was only in Portland one night to attend a wedding, and needed a place to stay near the venue. I also needed a reasonable price. This simple, basic motel was perfect. There are no amenities to speak of - no free breakfast, or even coffee - no pool. There is guest laundry, but I didn't need it. My room was clean and fresh. The AC worked and wasn't noisy. I didn't even turn on the TV. The internet was fast and easy to access. The front desk staff was great! If you want a basic, no frills place...

'The sheets are clean, the pillows are moldy. The towels physically hurt to use. The toilet paper was porta-potty quality. Great location; there were many bus stops nearby as well as shops and restaurants. Solid 4/10 option, there are definitely far far worse out there.'

'What I didn’t like about the property is lack of supplies, no soap, hair dryer, and tv wasn’t working properly. The room is clean but few minor things are the walls and chairs are a little dirty. One of the window is cracked. The beds are comfortable but it wasn’t stable and shifted a lot. The only things I like was the kitchen and plenty of space with empty room. The staff are okay.'

'Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

'Everything went great, better than when this used to be the Clarion. The only cons were, not enough space to hang up clothing. There was a shelf less than 2 feet under hanger rod. No ability to plug in your own streaming device to TV. No option to switch HDMI inputs with the remote. However, these con's were minimal and I will stay there on my next trip. Very clean.'
