'Absolutely beautiful place to stay on the river! You can toss your kayaks & paddle boards in the river right outside the cabin for a 45 minute float to Kellogg's bridge. We did that over & over again! The cabin is just like the pictures. So beautiful! So clean! The host is very kind, helpful & responsive! She offered us more firewood when we ran out the last night. She also offered to drop us off for longer kayak trips but we were quite satisfied with the 45 minute trips. We enjoyed putt putt...

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Chalet! Our friends were getting married at the Barn at Higgins Lake, which was a 2-min drive from the house or a 10-min walk. The property was clean, check-in process was so easy, and the decor was super cute! Plus, we really enjoyed the frosted mugs in the freezer, what a nice touch! '

'Great place ! It was clean and had everything we needed. Host is wonderful! We went for a family reunion and didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were busy and it was a short trip . Would definitely stay there again and for a longer stay:) We had some warm nights and it was kind of steamy so I would suggest another ‘window shaker’ AC . They have one but it’s a big space to cover . It was ok with the fans they have . Summer in beautiful Michigan ! 💞'

'The Chalet was as described. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Cozy and comfortable! The neighborhood is very quiet, too. The location was great for going to Higgins Lake and restaurants are close by. We will definitely stay here again in the future. '
