- a cabin room containing a 120*190 cm sofa bed.

- a private parking space (only 20 m from the accommodation).

- located in the Col du Bougnon district, 3 km from the centre of Les Issambres and its beaches, in a quiet, sunny position on the hill.
- an infinity pool (10 x 25 m, open in summer from 15 May to 30 Sep.) as well as a wading pool for the little ones,

- easy car access by exit number 38 - Fréjus-Est on the A8 motorway, then Route du Col de Bougnon, Direction "Les Issambres" district: Coming by car is recommended but it is still possible to come by plane/train + shuttle-bus which will drop you off at the entrance of the residence.
- No elevator in the mazet (stairs to access the rooms).
