'This was a really great spot! Right on the corner where the beach meets the edge of town. An easy walk around the bay to a bunch of great brunch places with a couple of good spots for dinner right next door. Ivelisse and Michael were very nice and very communicative. The place itself felt very comfortable and we LOVED the rooftop hang out. We spent a lot of time up there. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time in PR.'

'The studio was very clean. The location was great. The only issue we had was the wi-fi. The code provided did not work. I think this was an issue based on other reviews. We would stay here again. '

Communicaiton with the property manager was amazing, anytime any of us had any questions/doubts, we would text and get an almost immediate response offering a solution. 'This house is an easy drive to all the beaches and restaurants but also away from town so that you have privacy. There is plenty of room and lots of beds. The washer/dryer are under the house and bring your own soap! I pack laundry strips. The views are great from this house. A jeep/car is needed to get up the steep driveway.'

'To start you have to park a distance away and transport all your things across a makeshift bridge that is leaning to one side. You have to beal with roosters all over the place. The kitchen is in main level with minimal amenities and no ac.The upstairs was ok but the ac can only ho down to 70 and if you need anything from the kitchen you have to go outside and down stairs to get to it. Now onto the visit.I was notified a day or 2 before check in that there is a very bad smell in the area due to...
