'This place is 4 stars, but we stayed in the old part. The room was big with a balcony. But the couch was old and tired. The minibar was noisy. What brought up the 4 star experience was access to the sauna and Jaquzzi. And wonderful receptionist 👌'

'The hotel is okay. It serves a purpose and is quite cheap. Close to the airport and the therme spa. Poor English spoken. I was also charged 2 times luckily my bank has refunded me. I paid on the link sent by hotels.com then they said they couldn’t see the payment and took my payment again when I thought they was checking my card details to find my payment. They also put us in the wrong room then asked us to move but eventually left us. The cleaner tried to open our door at 10am. When I opened...

'I recently had the pleasure of staying at Opus View and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright and the conditions were great. It is located in a beautiful, quiet area, surrounded by trees. Both Peles castle, the park and the city center are situated at a walking distance (max 30 minutes), but you can also take a bus or a car to get there. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.'
