'Elevators were down when we stayed. Although originally we were booked a room on the 5th floor, front desk was able to get us a room on the 4th floor…one less flight of stairs to go up and down. With two kids, one being 14 months old, it was a lot to go up and down the stairs. Other than that everything else was ok'

'This hotel is a nightmare...Briefly, approximately 3 months ago I stayed here...I made my reservation through Expedia...when I got there they behaved as if I had no reservation. I was exhausted after a long shift at the hospital and over 10 hour ride on the train to arrive in Baltimore. After going back forth with the front desk person I pulled up my reservation via Expedia...it took close to 2 hours to check in. FYI: There is NO elevator and my 61 year old ass was placed on the very top floor....

'Room was a bit smaller than the picture. Other than that, the staff was great the facility was very nice. Minutes from food and shopping. And if safety is high on your list , I'll just say that , I felt very safe inside and outside of the building.'
