'The apartment was very new. The unit was clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed to get settled in immediately. The communication with the property manager was prompt and efficient. The unit was located on the third floor with no elevator so be ready to climb stairs. The gym and common areas were well equipped. Parking was abundant. 'We had a little difficulty locating the building because the address I received was the actual apartment, not the building number (and the two numbers didn't correspond to each other in any way). Once I was able to tap around and find more information in the Landing app, we realized where we needed to be. I also had issues with the electronic door lock which wasn't very intuitive. Landing had an 'Unlock door' button, but it kept sending me verification codes and then nothing happened. I had to...

'Absolutely fabulous place... extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, tons of room, and best of all, about 100 feet to the beach access. Owner was on top of everything, extremely responsive and accommodating. Loved it and can't wait to come back next year!'

'House is nice oasis in a bit of a rough area. Church next door is boarded up which made us nervous at first but community was safe. Location was great. House had everything we needed and great fenced yard for dog.'

The vibe of the historic downtown area was a relaxed hum :) The apartment was exactly as described - loved the original floors and windows, exposed brick walls and well appointed kitchen. 'Perfect stay for 2. We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to beach access, clean space, it’s a smaller room but decorated nicely with some great amenities like a coffee maker & pods, sugar and cream. We also enjoyed the swing on the screened in porch. They even had a few treats for our small dog Lola who enjoyed them. Very thoughtful and accommodating.
