Perfect Weekend Getaway
My family and I took a trip up from Florida while I had some work in the area, and we were hoping for a relaxing place to stay that was still close to everything and this was absolutely perfect! The views were beautiful, the open space was great for the kids to run and play and we were just minutes from hiking, swimming, great food and downtown. Check-in was super easy, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Audrey was wonderful to communicate with, too. We’d definitely come back!

The cabin is awesome, just we were looking for! It was very quiet and peaceful, the area was such a great place to visit. My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 3 nights while she competed at a show at the Virgina Horse Center. It was lovely to have a peaceful and relaxing place to come back to after our long and exhausting days at the VHC. Communication with Audrey was great from the start. The property and views are gorgeous, especially each morning as we left at dawn for the show. The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water, well equiped kitchen, and the washer and dryer were a godsend. Can't recommend Windymile highly enough.

Great Stay
This worked well for us to both relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and to enjoy the grayer Lexington area. Audrey is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving week!
This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, tidy, and comfortable. And the views - especially morning and evening - are absolutely fantastic! Photos can't do it justice. I've been coming to a cottage in Rockbridge Baths for most of my life, and this offers the best views of the mountains I've seen.
