'Staff didn’t seem interested in anything when checking in or out. On check out, the guy sitting there just sat in his chair and said “OK”. The parking situation is awful when it clearly could be covered!!!'

'The room stunk as soon as we walked in. The toilet did not work. I had to fix it myself … they lied about the pool being opened and then come nighttime when I called down to see if I can get a couple pillows for the kids. They brought me up one. It was just the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.'

'Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean with ample space and available towels. Nice shower combo Morning breakfast was good but lacked someone to refill things that were low like biscuits and gravy was nearly gone we ate around 7am.breakfast area seating was comfortable and well laid out. TV was not playing when we ate or the fireplace was not on which would have made it a pleasure to sit close by.'
