Flats in Rock Hill

'It's a beautiful little place! I just stayed for the night but I really enjoyed my stay! The host replies pretty quick If you ever have any questions, they're very sweet and very helpful! I definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay. :)'

'Great spot, host was responsive and helpful, would definitely recommend'

'This property was convenient to my family members who live in Southpark. The place was quiet and convenient to a grocery store, starbucks, and walgreens. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is convenient as we stayed several days. It is a nice 2 BR setup with a couch in the living room - my only suggestion is to perhaps add a couple of single beds to the second bedroom to accomodate larger families.'

'Affluent historic brick house mansion neighborhood, cute basement unit with large open feeling and washer/dryer in the back. illuminated kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom with ambient lighting for a super cozy feel, very private feeling, street parking is plentiful, not a full neighborhood at all, communication with property mgmt is great they had coffee and filters delivered to me within 2hrs. Will stay again :)'

'My stay here was phenomenal and I was blown away by how accommodating Brooke was, as well as the location, the ease of check-in/check-out, and the amenities included. I was initially stressed about parking but those concerns were alleviated as soon as I arrived. There is a wide gravel spot directly in front that was super easy to pull into and out of with lots of room to spare. I do suggest bringing noise-cancelling headphones if you are sensitive to noise as I could hear muffled conversations...

'Great stay and location and incredibly responsive host. Thank you very much!'

'Great location. Spacious unit, very clean and quiet. Would recommend!'

'Very clean and quiet! Great location!'

'we stayed here for a couple days in order to go to carowinds during this spring time. i chose this place since it looked cute and funky, which it was! the bed was super soft and the location was great. beautiful homes and trees all around. however, these reviews do not match our experience in the slightest. i’m unsure if they switched hosts or the room wasn’t turned over, or what happened. we walked in feeling gross from our travel only to find no laundry detergent to wash our clothes with (even...

'Clean, good communication with host, parking onsite.'

'We had an amazing time in Charlotte and loved this property so much! We felt safe in the property and were so close to everything. The neighborhood was walkable, with a few restaurants very close. Our host was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions. The property was just right, very eclectic and swanky. I will definitely book again the next time I’m in Charlotte!'
