B&B in Rochdale

'Absolutely outstanding place to stay,asked us what we wanted for breakfast and a fantastic bacon and egg sandwich was waiting in the warmer in the morning amongst a lot of other breakfast cereal too,you can even feed the cows in the field opposite 10/10'

'The property is on the banks of a stream with the constant sound of a waterfall which gives it a certain ambience. Rooms very clean and staff very friendly end helpful. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent. Convenient bus service to and from Huddersfield stopping right outside.'

'Patrick and his wife were very welcoming, the property is dated but comfortable and clean and very reasonably priced. The surrounding area is a short walk away, with some nice pubs, restaurants (with gluten free options), shops and a Tesco etc... The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been some comfy chairs or small sofa in the room as I personally struggle watching TV in bed, due to health issues, but other than that it was a pleasant stay.'

'I have traveled more than 30 countries and more than 500 hotels and most of them are 5-star hotels. For the first time, I stayed in a place that didn't feel like a hotel, and it wasn't fun at all. There was only a calm and leisurely space, and an indescribable beauty. Let us feel like home, if you want to enjoy the rural scenery and relax, come here, remember, this is not like a hotel at all, this is a home, not the same as a hotel. THX Tracey'
