'The property was actually a Motel 6 that said reservations made in advance did not actually guarantee you a room. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left that did not have a TV and was not the same accommodations that we had booked in advance. Next, we were told that all the hotel key card readers on the room doors were broken, so the only way that we could get in an out of our rooms is by having the hotel staff use a screwdriver to take the doors off the hinges each time...

'My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out...
