'Nice location, safe area, free parking, nice kitchen, washer/dryer free, comfortable bed, quiet room, clean bathroom and apartment, Great communication from Amit, walkable to Beale Street 30 minutes, 5-7 minutes drive to all attractions, kroger and Walgreens 5 minutes drive, plenty of hot water, heating and air-condition worked well. Great value for the price. I will stay again. '

'Not at all a ding on the property, but the ramp got very slippery in the rain and both Ashley and I sort of slipped a bit as we left this morning. I suggest putting down traction strips or similar. '

'The studio was well-appointed and clean. The bed was super comfortable and there was very little street noise while we were sleeping.While we didn't do much walking in the area, we were close to all of the downtown attractions. The free parking in front of the unit was great - it was nice having our car close by. The host was great at communicating. BTW - we highly recommend the Sunrise Memphis for breakfast. Its just a block away!'
