Clean hotel, in the center, reasonable price
There are three restaurants: a buffet (with a different menu everyday), Japanese en Italian. The quality of the food was very good but the prices were too high. This was also the case for the breakfast.

Amazing 5 star hotel, with exceptional cleanliness, excellent quality service, and clean & spacious rooms. Although restaurants and shops are not too close, they are reachable within a short drive by Taxi. The price is perfect and affordable. I highly recommend Radisson Blu hotel!

Ok business hotel
It's good business hotel. I didn't get a chance to look at facilities. Breakfast ok (omelettes were good , pastries were not flakey but tasted ok). Just be aware, I didn't get a taxi they were supposed to order for my travel to airport, so had to get uber instead. Thankfully I had 30 minutes to spare and wasn't in a hurry.

Great hotel for a few days business
A decent hotel with clean and fucntional rooms. Breakfast was a little basic and limited but maybe because it was Ramadan. Fantastic gym and great pool. Staff are very friendly and efficient.

A very overpriced, poor quality experience
Overall, pretty disappointing. They get marks for an early check-in...but otherwise, quite disappointing. Underneath the sofa and the bed in the room, were empty bottles - which shows they don't clean under the furniture. The food was absolutely awful - cheap, horrible processed fillings in the sandwiches, fries that needed the oil changing about a month ago. When I checked out, there was a guy in a hoody, who took my card and walked off - no thank you, no 'how was your stay'. I asked for helping booking a taxi and was told 'just Uber'. The Wifi throughout the hotel is rubbish too - it kept lagging, cutting out altogether and just generally, slow. For $350 a night (approx), this was rubbish. Second time I've used Radisson Blu and found their food offering showing a total lack of care. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

The hotel is excellent. They have a nice swimming pool and Turkish sauna and Scandinavian Sauna as well as a gym. The sauna was the main plus point for me. The cons were that I was planning to get a free transit visa, but that was not available so I had to pay $130 in tourist visa for one night stay in Saudi Arabia, and there is no shuttle bus or public transportation from the airport to the hotel, which is in Riyadh. So you have to book a taxi adding about $30 to $45 each way.

Total disaster. I am starting by saying I am frequent traveler Middle East and Africa. This hotel is not in international standing, by far the worst I seen in the region in 8 years. Not sure how they classify 5 stars. Nothing to save from this hotel. Hereby my comments: Rooms: old and dirty. Old carpet. Service: - not answering on calls from the room. - you need to go down to reception to ask an extra towel, and only a single towel avalable in the room. - they found the way to charge my credit card 1000 SAR instead of blocking the amount on check in. On check out shall I mention that they want to give me back the amount as cash before travelling back as it is not possible for them to transfer back the amount to the credit card. - if you ask anything to reception it’s like you bothering them. I made the mistake to ask about information on any convenient store open nearby, nobody except security gard to help.- room service : don’t call them to order food they are busy watching football game

staff are friendly. Hotel is adequate for the price you pay. Laundry is slow and they do not deliver on time. You need to ring the reception to remind them to deliver. Room service can be very slow. Food was cold on one occasion. Restaurant not the most efficient for breakfast. Items missing. Tables not cleared quick enough. Gym very good. didn't bother using the parking underground as plenty of on street parking nearby
