Hotels in de buurt van RiverCenter for the Performing Arts (Columbus)

'I reserved a Riverview room and it was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant associated with the hotel was EXCEPTIONAL. I didn't go to the bar but it seemed really nice. My only hiccup was at checkout. I booked through a 3rd party so a hold was placed on my card at check in. When I checked out the actual charge was applied which resulted in me being billed twice. It fell off after 3 days.'

'Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus!'

'The beds were very nice. I didn't know how to adjust the air until the next morning. It is on the wall.'

'Prima hotel '

'This was my first stay at the Indigo chain and I loved it. I now look for Indigo when searching for hotels. I love the style and vibe of the chain. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. This hotel is right on the river walk if that’s why you are there. I was there for an Auburn game with Auburn about 50mins drive from the hotel. If I am back in this area I would stay again.'

'Staff was helpful. Not listed in the room descriptions are the fact that you cannot have any visitors to your room. It has not been updated in at least 10 years. Breakfast was poor. Dried white bread, plastic wrapped cinnamon rolls, cereal and white milk. It is a bare minimum motel. Pool had been destroyed years ago and fence left bent and overgrown grass. $88 for one night- rip off.'

'When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and...

'My old experience was OK for the price that I paid. I really think it should’ve been cheaper, but I understand the timeframe that I booked. I do know that they are aware and they raise the price higher because of that weekend. I didn’t like the way I was approached to make a payment to make sure that I’ve had a room the younger gentleman that I spoke with that following day. He was very nice and helpful. I would stay there if I book it at a cheaper rate.'

'Breakfast was not that best'

'Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room.'
