Flats in River Heritage

'This is a great property with a hotel. Easy to get to, parking on site. Clean. Has a pull out couch. Good breakfast. I would stay again.'

'We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this property again for future visits to Auburn. The location was perfect — an easy walking distance to campus and everything we needed for our daughter’s visit. The reservation process was seamless, communication was great, and the property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It made the trip stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Auburn!'

'The apartment has everything , is fully loaded whit all the needs and amenities for a comfortable stay, gym, pool, tennis courts , close to supermarkets, restaurants, and five minutes from down town area.'

'Nice, clean apartment. Had snacks available and host was able to be reached the one time we needed him.'

'Great place! It was well stocked and just what we needed.'

'Great experience. Quiet. Had to call about the AC. Air filter was terribly dirty. Laundry room door tried to come apart at the top and a curtain rod was coming off the wall in Kitchen. Minor things all pointed out to the point of contact. Place was clean and nice. Like new. Just those minor things that didn’t hurt anything. We would stay there again.'

'Great place and great location '

'Very cute and clean condo! Itis in a very convenient spot right near the campus and there are a bunch of dining and the mall is not too far away as well. It was perfect for our one night. Stay with three adults a child and a dog. Carter, the host was very responsive very helpful when we pulled up because we didn’t know exactly where the unit was, and he answered and gave us instructions immediately so that was very helpful. It is right next to the train track so that is a little loud, but it...

'We traveled with family for our daughter’s graduation. Location was fantastic. Close to campus, arena and restaurants. Great space, clean and well furnished. Jamey was helpful and responsive.'

'Ridiculously nice place! Everything about it is perfect. Area around it is super cute and quaint.'

'This was definitely one of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed in! It was imacculately clean, decorated perfectly, and was stocked with all we needed. The pictures do not do it justice. Also, it was located in such a neat little town. Close to restaurants and stores. It was only 20 minutes away from Hoover Mets Stadium where my son was playing baseball and only 20 min away from Summit Mall! If ever in Hoover again, this would be where I would stay!'

'This was our second time staying at this property. I have family in the area and this property is very convenient and fits our family of 5’s needs. It’s clean and spacious. The outside area is beautiful although the weather kept us from enjoying it on this trip. Our only issue on this visit was that the unit seemed to be lacking some silverware (basic forks & spoons- not enough for 5 ppl) and limited towels. Oddly we couldn’t find any bath mats so we had to use towels which meant even more...

'Facility was clean and parking excellent.'
