'Mixed Experience – Beautiful Place, Disappointing Service We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. This time, we had to show proof again before being allowed in without the extra charge. Most concerning, my fiancée—who is a woman of color—was twice...

'I really recommand this place. I got quick replies on my answers beforehand. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Furthermore the place is just great as well. Big garden with a nice swimming pool. The restaurant served nice food. '

'Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, location is convenient and i will recommend my friends and family to stay there when visiting Nairobi Kenya.'

'Good full breakfast. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean'

'Highly recommended. Extremely helpful staff, very comfortable room and the grounds and garden are beautiful. There is a large pool and lots of places to relax in the gardens and several different restaurants to choose from. The airport transfer service was also excellent and waited for me despite my flight being very late.'
