'Was nice. Breakfast was good'

'Free car parking! Easy to find , nice modern bedroom , shower ,tv , coffee tea etc , We managed to get the key early , Breakfast was Cooked freshly for us .'

'TOP!!'

'Excellent location. Our first room was outside the building had a bad smell.'

'Absolute gem of a place to stay. Gorgeous room with everything you need & so peaceful. The food was really good both for dinner & breakfast. We visited Fountains Abbey which was only 2 miles away. And we could do parkrun with plenty of time to get back before checkout & eat breakfast. Would love to return.'

'Property is a castle, beautiful!'

'Decor, soft furnishings clean polite and friendly'

'Just excellent.'

'Lovely quiet area. Nice that there's only four lodges. Wild life is fabulous. The lodge has everything you need for your stay, plus the added bonus of TVs in the bedrooms.Great that there is no mobile phone signal, so it's very relaxing even though there is internetNot too far into Masham for groceries. Our only criticism is, and it's personal preference, is that the sofas are a bit to low for us.The dog loved watching the rabbits and squirrels. Will visit again'

'A typical Yorkshire styled house with plenty of space for a large group. Well equipped kitchen and large family dining table. Bedrooms with comfortable beds and sufficient bathrooms made this an excellent holiday stay for a 9 persons family. Very conveniently located near some popular Yorkshire sightseeing locations.'

'Lovely place , will go back again . Very quiet and relaxing .'

'Well equipped cabin, everything was there for our stay, hot tub wasn’t working correctly lovely , and having the decking was fabulous knowing our dog was secure , staff very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend. And would love to return for another visit .'

'As per main comments, some of the soft furnishings, particularly the sofas are past their best and require renewal. Both bathroom’s flooring could do with replacement and some remedial work to address blackened silicone sealant etc. is required. The lodge is still nice but starting to look slightly tired in places. Not a big task to get it to an excellent standard once again.'

'Stayed in this lodge twice, we love it. Everything you need is there'

'Lovely lodge, lovely location. Salt and pepper would be good. One lamp in the bedroom had no bulb in. Woukd stay again'
