OBS: In order to maintain transparent communication with our guests, we inform you that construction work on the Casa Rio rooftop is underway from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

In addition, it is only 5 minutes from the charming Leme Beach and 11 minutes from the Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, which facilitates access to other attractions in Rio de Janeiro.



The space also offers amenities that go beyond expectations, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to combine leisure and work, and a practical smart mini-market, ensuring quick access to essential items without leaving the building. For your convenience, there is also a luggage storage area for one piece of luggage and a changing room with shower and toilet, both available free of charge to guests, as well as a 24-hour concierge. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:



Noise is not permitted after 10 PM (Silence Law).



The rooftop is for the exclusive use of guests. Occasionally, private events may be held, during which access to the area will be temporarily unavailable.



To use the rooftop pool, you will need to sign a consent form agreeing to the rules on site.



It is not permitted to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as the beach chair.



The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and another on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8 PM, access must be made only through Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.



The electrical outlets in the accommodation are 220V. Laptops and cell phone chargers are dual voltage (We recommend checking before use).



The renter must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list are not allowed to enter the building.



Access to the space is exclusive to registered guests; the entry of other people is not permitted.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or swimwear.



Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Linen and towel change services can be requested and paid for separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
