'The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.'

'Well, the reviews were horrible, but I think that’s because there’s two hotels in one building there’s the mainstay suites and there’s the Sleep in hotel, which is probably the hotel that had the terrible reviews. However, the main stay suites they’re like have the mini kitchen in the refrigerator or microwave things like that. The floor was sticky. The shower was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was just stopped up. There were stains on the quilt, but they did replace it upon our request and...

'Our stay was an absolute nightmare and a complete bait-and-switch. The property looks nothing like the Expedia pictures; instead of an apartment building, it turned out to be unmarked townhouses in a private neighborhood. The listed address sent us to a completely different location, and once we finally stumbled upon the right area, none of the units actually had address numbers on them.
Worse yet, no one was expecting us upon arrival. After calling customer service to figure out how to check...
