You are 35 miles to Big Rock Candy Mountain which boasts over 2000 miles of ATV/UTV Paiute trail access, river rafting and floats, mountain bike trails and more. We are ideally located for hosting all sporting event’s and activities. Family vacations and get togethers are perfect for our cottage. A beautiful new two level home that is connected by a unique spiral staircase provides a full kitchen downstairs and lots of extra room upstairs. Cozy Cottage was absolutely amazing! It is huge—the pictures truly do not do it justice. The location is perfect, with beautiful scenery all around. The hosts were so kind and accommodating without ever being overbearing. The entire stay felt comfortable, peaceful, and genuinely like home. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The pellet was exactly as described and check-in and check-out were very simple. Having access to the pool next door was a huge benefit with our kids!

We were able to truly relax in this beautifully furnished home. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of room to move around, sit or put a puzzle together. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with parks, trails and restaurants nearby.

Hosts were flexible and quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed our stay here. The kids had a ton of fun with the pickleball court. It was nice to have the yard for them to run around. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a nice stay.

This home far surpassed our expectations! Beautiful elegant space with tons of room for our crew of 6. The pictures online do it no justice as this place was much larger and much more beautiful than any of us expected. Honestly, the best water pressure too, making the completely up to date bathroom probably the best shower experience in a long while, lol. Kids loved the pickleball court in the backyard. We couldn’t hear the airport just across the way from inside but got a cool show of some helicopters taking off and landing when outside! Tons of parking for our UTVs, truck, and trailer. Host responded quickly, provided great wifi and large smart TVs, and a very nice welcome book! Kitchen was outfitted with pretty much everything we needed! Overall, very happy with our experience and hope we can stay there again on our next trip!

Fun stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Although the spiral staircase could be a challenge with bags -- it seemed fun for everyone. This is a very quiet and clean place that became our relax and re-energize place. Property owners are very pleasant and hospitable. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful setting with great views. Luxury furniture and fittings. The master bedroom bed was heavenly. Hosts were great! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again longer. Close to a Walmart!We highly recommend this place!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this one is, hands down, the best! What a wonderful home for a getaway. There was ample parking for our trailers in which we hauled our side-by-sides to enjoy the awesome trails. The hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They seem to have thought of every detail and helpful amenity. I would give it ten stars if I could.

We were in town visitng for a wedding. The home was neat and cozy and had plenty of space for my teenage boys. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. It had everything we needed and more. It was BETTER THAN expected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Beautiful Home In Richfield, Utah

We really enjoyed staying here. The property was well maintained, quiet, comfortable, and clean. We had zero issues getting in and would absolutely stay here again. Nice touches included a gift basket on check-in with bottles of water and some snacks, blankets everywhere, large TVs, a remote controlled fireplace, as well as great posters of Utah's National Parks on the wall. My son enjoyed having his choice of beds to choose from and had the upstairs to himself. We thank the owners for keeping such a nice property.
