« Our large family of over 30 people stayed for 5 nights in July. The property is beautiful with lots of outdoor and indoor gathering space. The sports court, playground, fire pit, and wide grassy area were well used. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough for all of us to be eating together at mealtimes. The location was perfect for Capitol Reef National park. We had 5 people and so our 5th person slept on a cot, which they said was very comfortable as well. « We arrived after a long day of hiking, exploring and driving up from Bryce Canyon. Our four teenagers jumped out of the car and immediately ran to the goats and ponies living near the house. They all had big smiles and then explored the house decided this was a beautiful, spacious and open house. They all found comfy beds and the internet worked great for watching a movie .
