Aparthotels in Rhode Island

'Great option to stay on the East Side where there really aren’t many lodging options! Pros: Communication, check-in, and check-out were a breeze. Nice parking lot on location one less thing to worry about. Safe walkable area, we walked to breakfast at Brickway. The 2BR layout was perfect for kids, little kitchen was a nice bonus. My children absconded with a little stuffed animal belonging to the property (so sorry!) and they could not have been kinder or more understanding. HVAC worked well....

'Nice location.'

'Its block Island Central'

'Location! Location! Location! Quiet even though you're literally on Water Street. It's walkable to almost everything you could want on the island. And dog friendly to boot! This place was perfect for us to spend a long relaxing weekend. The hosts were extremely fast with communications and helpful answering questions. They were even nice enough to help us with setting up a charging station for our e-bikes. We would absolutely consider staying here again on our next visit!'

'I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had this past weekend! The property location is amazing. The harbor view can’t be beat. The condo was perfect for two people and had everything we needed. We’ll be back for sure!'

'Very nice rooms. Loved the balcony.'

'I had originally booked the property in summer of 2025 but had to cancel because of unexpected but very necessary surgery. Andrew was extremely accommodating which made life much easier during that stressful time.We booked again for our stay in Newport in July 2026, and Andrew couldn’t have been nicer. Great location with a terrific view and an easy walk to The Lobster Shack and America’s Cup Avenue.'

'Great property. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again. '

'We booked this venue months in advance for a family wedding. We chose this great venue because of the location and size of the unit. The morning we were to arrive, we were informed that they overbooked and had to relocate us to the Holiday Inn Express 10 minutes away. How does this happen when we paid in full months before? We were totally blindsided. We had no say in the matter and no say on where they were relocating us to. I understand that it is a busy time of year in Newport in June...but...

'Perfect location for all activities. The parking garage is uncomfortable to walk through at night because the patrons from the bar exit through it and my experience is they were very intoxicated, loud, and verbally unsettling. It was uncomfortable walking from the garage to the elevator. I felt unsafe. '
