Hotels met restaurant in Warwick

'1st they cancelled my room and did not call as they said my card declined which when I called Amex said it did not. I was fortunate that my niece was staying here as well so I just stayed with here because they gave my room away. I did not have another option at the moment. The hotel is very rundown wallpaper and paint peeling. Spots on the rug's towels were clean but old and raggy. I'm not even sure how this place was sold out. Also, a one-night stay was $198.00!!!!!'

'No early check in unless IHG member. Was told by staff several times that I couldnt get an early check in "because I booked through expedia". Hotel is fine but wouldn't stay again. Inside feels outdated and seems a little dark/gloomy with gray hallways and one elevator at far end of hotel (opposite far end from check in desk & past many rooms) which felt very uncomfortable walking that far to check in with young children.
