Cottages in Rhayader

'The views are stunning, the local town is lovely. The first look of badgers view we were so excited. Then we entered to hut. It didn’t smell clean, the floors were dirty luckily there was a broom there so I could sweep up the last guests dirt. The kitchen is in much need of a make over, the sides are in awful condition, the fridge is cracked, the floor is all over the place, it’s starting to dip. The floor boards are starting to come apart this is due to the damp. The whole kitchen looked dirty....

'Lovely cottage. Everything was clean, fresh and warm. The welcoming basket was a nice suprise. Car parking was on site and very convenient location to the town. Will be returning to this little gem. Thank you. '

'Amazing location and views. Owner went out and purchased a fan for us due to heatwave. Perfect for a week of escaping the hustle & bustle of life'

'The whole stay was beautiful! It was clean, spacious and the host even left Welsh cakes, eggs and milk in the fridge for me. It’s the first time I’ve solo travelled and this place was perfect for me, but I can also see it being perfect for a couple too! The host also left a “guide” on the table, with key information and recommendations for local places to eat and things to do, as well as cab companies which was really useful! I will absolutely be staying again! I had the best time and couldn’t...

'The lodge we chose was perfect, it had a hedged private garden & the hot tub was under cover should there be anu rain. The only thing to bear in mind is there is no shop on site and nearest is about 5 mins drive away. But in all the site is amazing, great views, quiet, well laid out, both pet & family friendly site. Great location to visit Elan Valley.'
