This one bedroom apartment 32sq m is for rent on a daily basis. Only 4,7 km to Reykjavik center. Pick up included at the city bus terminal upon arrival. Pickup at airport if requested, nominal fee.
The check out time is 12:00 a' clock. The check in time is between 14:00-16:00 but later if you wish.

The 32sq meter apartment has 1 bedroom and a fold out couch in the living room, fully functional kitchen with kitchen supplies and a bathroom with a shower. Wireless internet. minimum stay is 3 days

Super appartment
Siggy and nanna are such wonderfull persons. Their hospitality goes beyond normal. If you needed anything, you could ask them and they will help you. The appartment was very clean and cosy and is located perfectly. We will come back for sure.

Quiet, clean, comfortable apartment
An upstairs apartment in a quiet location. Very clean. Friendly hosts. Great shower. It's in a residential area, but there's a business building in front of it and we drove past it the first time. Lighthouse and area to view the Northern Lights are close by.

This is it, if your objective is to enjoy the Aurora borealis. Our host Siggi and Nana were an excellent. The coastline nearby with nesting birds, sunsets and rocks were incredible. Close to everything touristy also. We 💕 it. Thank you Siggi and Nana.

Siggi and Nanna were great hosts. Northern lights can be seen easily about 1km from their house. House is set back from street and there is another house (it may be a business) on the same driveway. Home is about 6 km from downtown Reyk (very convenient if you have a car . Many sights, activities and restaurants in the area Highly recommended location to call your base camp

A lovely stay!
Siggi and Nanna's space was perfect for our first trip to Iceland. Or was warm, inviting, and it had everyone we needed to enjoy our trip. The kitchenette was stocked with all the tools we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the seating area was perfect for chats and looking at the water and the Northern lights out the window. There was parking right outside, and the unit is centrally located to Reykjavik without being in the hustle and bustle of it. Siggi was super communicative and hospitable despite having been on holiday outside the country himself. We can't wait to return and we hope we can return to this space again. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Look no further, this is the one!
Oh my goodness. What wasn’t there to like? First of all, the photos don’t do this place justice. It is a very spacious studio apartment, clean and has everything you need. It is very easy to get into downtown Reykjavik by bus #11 (15 min) or by Hopp scooter (20ish minutes). Siggi also let us borrow his bike! There is also a parking space included. We actually saw the northern lights from our window during our stay, which was even more amazing! But the real reason our stay was so memorable is how communicative and friendly Siggi was. Though we didn’t get a chance to meet, he was responsive and available to answer any question. Thank you Siggi for having us in your awesome property! Honestly, I’m surprised this place isn’t fully booked until 2025. This was an awesome experience.

The studio apartment was a perfect home away from home. There was plenty of space and we found the bed very comfortable. We found an excellent place to eat fairly close to the city center. The apartment is a perfect location to launch your day to the Golden Circle, a day in the city, or any number of day trips and hikes. Siggi and Nanna are friendly and accommodating.

It was very fine!
Siggi was very friendly and helped and supportet us? where he could. In Seltjanes you have everything, the peace, the sea and the view of it on two sides, the proximity of the city, a half-hourly bus connection to the city and the possibility for walks. The nearest supermarket is three stops or a 15-minute walk away. A very cosy restaurant overlooking the sea is 12 minutes away on foot. The flat is well equipped with everything you need.

Great place for couples
Clean, quiet, cozy place just outside of Reykjavik. All necessary appliances and cookware are available. Beautiful views of mountains and the ocean,thermal footbath,great restaurant, bakery and ice cream shop all within walking distance. Siggi and Nanna were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent base for visiting Reykjavik and surrounding area
This is a spacious studio apartment in the owners home. The entryway is shared, but the apartment is totally your own. It is a very short drive to the city center. There is a grocery store nearby and a lovely coastal walk just a block away. Siggi and Nanna are lovely hosts, ready to help and answer questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable! The wifi was great. There is a large flat screen tv, couch, dining table and chairs, large bed, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and all the kitchen appliances we needed. There was Icelandic sparkling water in the refrigerator which was qute refreshing! There are blinds on all the windows which help block the light, but we also used our sleep masks. Sunset was at midnight and sunrise at 3am! There was also room to park our rental car in the driveway. I highly recommend Siggi and Nanna's place!
