On a hill above the town of Atsipopoulo, Villa Stella, built from natural stone, is located in a secluded location. The natural property covers around 12,000 m² and is completely fenced in. A generous 258 m² of living space and an extremely large outdoor area offer enough space for relaxation, recreation and exercise.

On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a bedroom and the open living-dining area. High-quality, comfortable furniture invites you to get together both while eating and during relaxed evenings in front of the TV. A circulating air fireplace offers pleasant warmth and coziness on cooler days. In the living area there is a large flat screen TV, a stereo system and a Blue-Ray player.

The kitchen, equipped with branded appliances including a microwave, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto machine, toaster, kettle, etc., leaves nothing to be desired.

Enjoy breakfast outside and take a seat at the large table on the permanently covered outdoor terrace with adjoining outdoor kitchen. The covered outdoor area with the dining table can be completely closed if required.

The three bedrooms, one on the ground floor, two on the upper floor, offer a fantastic view of the sea and the green landscape through the large panoramic windows as soon as you wake up. The furnishings with high-quality mattresses and modern beds made of solid wood (180 x 200) guarantee a high level of sleeping comfort. Each of the bedrooms has a large, bright and modern en-suite bathroom. The two shaded roof terraces on the upper floor offer retreats with absolute privacy.

All rooms are equipped with large panoramic windows and offer a fantastic view of the sea, the white mountains and the Akrotiri peninsula.

Enjoy swimming in the large pool (approx. 50 square meters). This has a solar film, which warms the water a little during the day and ensures significantly less heat loss at night. There are enough comfortable loungers and a hammock available. Parasols and the pool deck provide enough shade, and you can get additional refreshment from the brick outdoor shower.

Care was taken to preserve the original Cretan landscape with rocks, stones and bushes.

The shaded outdoor kitchen offers a brick charcoal grill, a gastro grill and a large work surface with a sink to prepare the food for a perfect barbecue evening.

A large carport provides shade and additional storage space.

Take a seat on the comfortable lounge furniture on the large, permanently covered outdoor terrace and enjoy the panoramic view and the spectacular sunsets over the Aegean Sea with a glass of wine.

All rooms have AC/TV/Blue-Ray (German brand devices). There is a safe in two bedrooms. For the cooler seasons there is underfloor and pool heating.

A washing machine is built into the entrance area.

In the villa you have WiFi with no data limits.

In the nearby villages of Atsipopoulo and Prines you can find shops, taverns and all the things you need for everyday life. The beautiful port city of Rethymno with its many sights and lively streets is about 6 kilometers away.
The nearest beach is about 6km away. The long and beautiful sandy beach at Episkopi can be reached in about 25 minutes, and it only takes about 35 minutes to drive south.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels, pool towels, tea towels are provided and are changed weekly on request.

The pool and garden are looked after by a service.

For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning in the middle of the booked period is included.

Since January 1, 2024, an eco-tax has been introduced for all guests in Greece. This is staggered according to category and season.
The fee from April 1 to October 31 is € 15 / night per villa. For the months November to March 31, the fee is € 4.00 / night.
The amount must be transferred directly to the landlord's account 4 weeks before arrival, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
