The modern villa was built from natural stone and has 70 cm thick exterior walls, offering unique living comfort! Cool in the summer and warm in the colder seasons.

The villa's architecture provides stunning sea views from all rooms and bathrooms.

The ground floor features a large living room, dining area, kitchen, and a guest toilet with a washing machine. The living room is fully equipped with satellite TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, and more. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms with natural light. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be joined together. The adjoining daylight bathrooms each have a large accessible shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony or terrace. Enjoy the stunning view of the blue Mediterranean Sea even from your bed. In front of the kitchen is a permanently covered terrace with seating. In front of the living room is the approximately 19 m long pergola. Enjoy breakfast on this terrace, furnished with comfortable furniture, with an unbeatable sea view!

Relax on the spacious terrace surrounding the approximately 50 sq m infinity pool.

Here is also the shaded pool deck with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers! Next to the pool is the exclusive whirlpool with breathtaking views of the sea. You can show off your grilling skills at the brick outdoor grill.

You can park your car under the shaded carport.

The villa stands on a plot of over 2,000 square meters, and the garden area is landscaped in Mediterranean style.

Villa Lofos is fully equipped. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, tea towels, hairdryer, iron... everything is provided.

For stays of more than 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is included.

The villa has no heating and can be heated with the wood-burning stove and AC during the cooler seasons.

**Prices from November 16th to March 31st do not include electricity! Electricity is charged separately according to consumption. Price upon request.

The pool is not in use from December to the end of March.

The minimum stay from December 1st to March 31st is 21 nights.

The minimum stay from April 1st to May 21st is 7 nights.

From April 1st to November 6th All additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked subject to availability.

Starting in 2024, there is a new tourism policy:
As of January 1, 2024, an eco-tax has been introduced for all guests. This is staggered according to category and season.
The fee from March 1 to October 31 is €15 per night per villa. For the months of November to February 28, the fee is €4.00 per night.
The amount must be transferred directly to the landlord's account four weeks prior to arrival, who will then transfer it to the Greek tax office.
