Green Mare Villa is ideally located just 2 km from the long sandy beach of Rethymno and close to the areas of Stavromenos and Sfakaki, where guests can find shops and local markets, making it a convenient base for your holiday.
This 240 m2 stone-built villa is furnished in a minimal style and unfolds over two levels. Green Mare Villa features four comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests.


Ground Floor:
-Open-plan living room with: a 40" satellite TV and PlayStation 4,
-Fully equipped kitchen with: high-quality appliances, & an indoor dining area,
- A dedicated office space with a desk & direct access to the pool and garden
-One double bedroom, and a fully wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a hydro-massage shower cabin.


First Floor: The first floor includes:
-One double bedroom,
-One twin bedroom convertible to a double, and
-A bathroom with a hydro-massage shower cabin, washing machine, and clothes dryer.
Loft Level: Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with private satellite HDTVs, wardrobe space, and access to balconies with countryside and sea views.


-Outdoor area features: 58 sq.m swimming pool with a childrens shallow section, a fully equipped charcoal barbecue with outdoor sink, a pergola-covered dining area, furnished relaxation spots with sunbeds, umbrellas, sofas and daybeds across balconies, veranda and gardens, lawn-covered play areas with a playground, two bicycles, and parking space for one car.
