'Dirty and unclean. Stains (blood?) on the pillow and sheets. Run down and all round dirty rooms with a vile stench in them. Rude, uninterested staff.'

'There was no TV as advertised '

'Really nice hotel clean and in the center of downtown, you have may restaurants walking distance, the staff was really nice, yo also have kiwi park at walking distance and government gardens also, restaurant was really good and breakfast is great, I 100% recommend this place'

'Loved the private outside hot tub, completely private . Plenty of water to fill it between uses. The room is spacious. The bathroom was modern and the shower impeccable with glass enclosure. We always bring the our own coffee machine but there were other options for coffee. It was close to all amenities and attractions. The staff was super accommodating. I did t use the stove but fridge was spacious for our needs.'

'Good value for money. Hotel is a bit dated, but otherwise the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Not a bad location as well.'

Ontbijt is erg duur.'

'Definitively not perfect, but very good price for money ratio.'
