'Great stay. We brought more than just food but food would have been all we needed. The house had everything else we would have needed. Especially liked the Blackstone grill for making smashburgers. Liked how the main living area was all on 1st floor and all the bedrooms were on upper level. Would definitely stay here again if the area is in our vacation plans again.'

'House was a great location if you are visiting Indiana Beach. Literally a 3 min drive right around the corner from the main entrance. Less than 10 mins away from groceries and fast food to south. Owner was pleasant, but communication was not great. Messages through VRBO took over an hour or over night to get a response. 'Perfect lake house to accommodate a big family. Host provided all the comforts of home for adults and children, and left us needing nothing more. Will definitely book again next year! '

'What's the perfect home size and amenities we needed for our large family we rented the boat which came in handy for touring the lake great place for swimming off the dock. Also had paddle boards floaters everything we need enjoy our time highly recommend this home on Lake Freeman'

Being right on the water and within walking distance to Indiana Beach (5 minutes) allowed our family to have a ton to do during our stay. 'Technicolor retreat was a great relaxing getaway. The home is lovely and the location on the river was so relaxing after a day in the Dunes or Chicago. It felt very secluded and private. We can’t wait to go back. We were able to take our golden retriever who loves all things woods and water. Wish we could have stayed longer! '

'We chose this property because of it's location between Indianapolis and Chicago, as half our group was coming from each city. The house and outdoor area met every expectation for our weekend together. Michel was incredibly responsive and asked very little of us as guests. We rarely left the house, but when we did, downtown DeMotte had a great diner (Steve's Grill) and really nice grocery store. Very likely our group will try to make this our annual meet up location.'
