'Very easy checkin, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a few meals (blender, pots and pans, even a pizza pan and icecube trays, which were both much appreciated). Some of the windows in the bedroom and laundry alcove (which are high up in the wall) didn't have curtains so the bedroom never get very dark (kind of nightlight levels of light), so this is something to take into account if you like your sleeping area dark. Overall, I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Reno.'

'Excellent property by Hyatt. We lived in a 2bhk condo which was fully furnished with all equipments. The kitchen was fully loaded and our one day stay was awesome. The interior designing is done nicely and you'll love it.'

'Great week in Tahoe…loved being on the mountain. The town was busy with July 4th, so being up on the mountain was a great change from being in town. The condo was clean and perfect for our little group. Everything we needed, and a beautiful of the lake and surrounding mountains. Exactly as described and attentive to our contacts and questions. 'The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at this place!The location is great, 5 minutes drive to the beach. Walking and biking trails start right outside the HOA complex. The property was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking family meals. Would love to stay at this place again!'

"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
