'The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again.'

'Excellent location at the airport. Good restaurant which good variety of food. Moreover, they make a mean pisco sour. Room was spacious
Among the airport hotels in Santiago, this is your best choice. It is a bit more expensive but it is worth the extra money.'

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in...
Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

'I love smaller hotels like this. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice, bed is super. Bar on the top floor is a plus. Free bottle of wine is a nice touch from a wine hotel. I was in and out of this hotel three times during our Chile trip as base in Santiago. Would stay again in a heartbeat. '

'Dit hotel is niet Sheraton waardig. We hebben twee keer in het restaurant gegeten en beide keren het eten terug gestuurd omdat het niet gaar was of koud. De bediening is chaotisch en de rekeningen klopten nooit. Ook met uitchecken wederom foutieve rekening. Zelfs de taxi die de conciërge geregeld was hanteerde een ander tarief dan afgesproken. We gaan vaak en veel naar Sheratons over de hele wereld, maar dit is de slechtste.'
