'My family enjoyed everything about this property. The housekeeping and cooks were our highlights along with the great security guards that actually assist with luggage to the rooms.
The breakfast is brought to your room FRESHLY MADE. Eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, toast and muffin. The only thing; the electric is ran off a prepaid card (as all of Rwanda), BUT the card ran out and I thought we were without electric until I looked around at the other rooms and seen that they had...

'I discovered this hotel by accident. It was not so closely to the government buildings I had to visit, but the raving reviews made me curious. I was not disappointed and the positive reviews are accurate. The airport transfer is for free and the service is timely and service oriented. My suitcase didn't arrive late in the evening but they still waited for me, and helped me the next morning to retrieve my suitcase. The room is spacious and super clean. The room has sufficient lights and good...

'Excellent experience! Super friendly staff, good food, good cocktails in the bars, nice vibe in the neighbourhood and cool building. The only negative I can think of is that the doors don't have any rubber/foam insulation, so every time a room or hallway door closes, it makes a lot of noise at night.'

'Nice, new hotel with a great restaurant and super friendly staff. There were some minor idiosyncrasies, had the run the shower for a few minutes before the water warmed up, dark curtains didn’t cover the width of the windows…but it was clean and comfortable. '

'My room here was HUGE by all standards. A simple yet comfortable bed and reasonably quiet grounds made my stay here pleasant and super comfortable. I actually miss my time here and look forward to returning. The kitchen does have early hours so be prepared to eat an early dinner. I really appreciate the staff accommodating my desire for early breakfast and found it amazing that they really looked out for me with making sure I had breakfast everyday during my stay. The location being just...

'This hotel is a bit dated and could use a remodel. We overall enjoyed the stay since we weren't in the room as much. There was only AC in the bedroom, so we had to keep the living room windows open most of the time, since the AC in the bedroom was barely enough to keep it cool. The thermostat was set to 20 degrees Celsius so if you need to sleep cooler that wasn't an option. Maybe if the AC was mounted on a wall that blew the air on you at night that would have been better (currently it is...

'The hotel is nice and located close to the airport. The staff and the food are great. My only challenge was in the room with the Air Condition was not working. They had to fix it almost every day and I’ll wake up in the middle of the night sweating like crazy. They never switched my room and they never fix the air condition completely. Otherwise, the stay was fine.'
