Karen's property was a wonderful place to stay during our extended family's visit to Rehoboth Beach. The property itself was very clean, well-appointed, nicely decorated, and very comfy - there was plenty of room for our party of seven. The fenced patio/courtyard is great place to hang out and offers privacy from the street. The neighborhood is very quiet, and both the beach and Rehoboth Avenue are within easy walking distance. Karen was a very responsive host. Highly recommended - we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Booking our stay was easy and any questions we've had were answered immediately. The house was super clean on arrival and had everything we needed in terms of cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.The house was comfortable with plenty of room for socializing indoors and out as well as plenty of space for alone time. Decor is cute and tasteful.Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping were all a short stroll away. The neighborhood was lovely. Neighboring towns and beaches are a quick drive/bike ride away. We didn't have one single complaint.

Very comfortable and cozy spot! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Speaking of, our dogs loved walking to the park nearby as well as a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. =) Also, the host was quickly responsive to questions we had during our stay.

Rehoboth visit

Happinest was a great place for our family of 6. Rented our sheets and towels so we didn’t have to wash the ones from the house. Plenty of space to spread out. Short walk to very nice beach and great restaurants. Close to TOT Lot.

Terrific South Rehoboth Retreat

This is a lovely, spacious ranch located in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood in South Rehoboth. The house was clean and well-appointed. It has a large front patio that is very private for entertaining or just hanging outside any time of day. The owners were very responsive and pleasant to work with. All around, great rental.

Perfect Beach House

Great location for families to spend time at the beach. The house is perfect If you are looking for a house that is spacious with ample room to be together or find your own space. Karen provided detailed information about the house and the check-in process. The owners attention to details was appreciated. I have a dog and the fenced in yard was ideal. The house is very clean. We would consider renting this home again.

A 5 star experience. Great house, location, and amenities. Would definitely stay there again. Karen is extremely accommodative and accessible to answer any questions.Don’t forget to bring toiletries, paper towels and napkins. We used “sheets on the beach” to rent linens. Otherwise house was fully furnished. Bring your own beach towels but there were plenty of bath towels that you need to wash before you leave. All in all a comfortable and attractive property.

Accurately described on site, including configuratuon of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen well supplied with dishes etc. Location a little far from beach for 3 and 6 year old. Liked playground close by. Communication during stay could have been better -- e.g. no propane.

Family friendly vacation home.

The house was perfect for our family, especially all being on one floor. Didn't have to worry about toddlers and chairs. Supply of sand toys was great. Was a nice little walk to town. Enjoyed the Farmers Market on Tuesday!

Park your car and put on your sneakers

The house is located in an ideal location to easily walk to the beach and into town. It’s equipped with everything and then some. The kitchen is great to cook in. Plenty of room for more than one cook. The house has plenty of room to spread out. The fenced yard makes the patio very private. Great beach experience.

Great home for a family or couples and pet friendly.

We rented this property for two weeks in the summer for our children and grands and our two dogs. Perfect for families, kids and dogs. Love the fenced yard and this property has a fully equipped kitchen! We returned in the fall with two other couples and our dogs and got to experience The Sea Witch Festival. Great fun. Five bedrooms and three baths!

Great Location!!!

The home was situated in a great location - 7 minutes walk to the main strip with shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach/Funland. The property managers were very responsive and communicative. Being one of the few rental homes in the area that welcomes dogs, we found the fully fenced off areas to be a perfect space for them to enjoy the outside. The rooms were comfortable, and the master bed was better than most hotel beds I’ve been to! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come again in the future!!!

Well-equipped and kid-friendly.

This kitchen was the best-equipped of any beach rental we've experienced. Since 2 of our 6 grandkids have dietary restrictions, we were cooking all of their meals. There were enough dishes, glasses, and cutlery that we did not have to use paper plates. The living space is actually larger than we judged from the photos, and we found it a very kid-friendly environment. We would definitely rent this home again.
