Unpack your bags and relax in this cozy 2nd floor condo located within walking/biking distance of the great little beach community of Rehoboth. This condo has been completely renovated with new appliances, new cabinets and counter tops, bamboo floors and is smartly appointed with an eclectic mix of antique and modern furnishings. You'll never want to leave!!! The community itself is very family friendly and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and is a truly unique and tranquil setting. Enjoy the pool walk or bike to Rehoboth or take the bike path to Lewes. There are charcoal and propane grills at the pool, a fully equipped kitchen in the condo and many restaurants in both Lewes and Rehoboth to choose from. The beach is located approximately 1 mile from the condo so bring your bikes and bathing suits and enjoy your vacation. Free wifi and streaming channels on 3 smart tvs.

Nice property, good location

Pam was an excellent host. She was very communicative and helpful! The condo was well-maintained and located in an area that is so close to the beach and shops on the main strip. I really liked the convenience of the location -the beach is a very short drive or a really nice walk! The condo is in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to relax there after long days out and about. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Family Time

Pam's Condo is bright, clean and comfortable. 3 adults and 2 children. The condo is quiet and relaxing. Walk or bike to beaches, parks and eateries. The pool was clean and perfect size to enjoy after the beach. We used the kitchen for a few meals and found everything we needed. We will be back!!

Perfect Rehoboth Beach condo

Location was conveniently located close to all beaches, boardwalk and shopping. Swimming pool, grills and quiet neighborhood. The unit is an easy access 2nd floor with all amenities that were advertised. Clean, comfortable and enough space for everything. Will not hesitate to book again next year. 5 out of 5 rating!

Great spot! Felt like home

Walking in was just as pictured on the VRBO app which I booked through. It felt like our regular "beach home" without ever being there before, so.. Very cozy! No issues/no problems, great pool area by the way! Not crowded at all for early August! A bit of a walk to the beach, but it was doable. We drove one day & paid parking for 1 very long beach day. My daughter loved her room and my fiance and I had a very nice time so the 3 of us enjoyed for sure. We had a cozy movie night. Kitchen is lovely. -Not sure we'll be back as I like to try somewhere new each summer, but maybe we will be back as this was much nicer than many other places (if you don't want a hotel) and if the owner could book privately perhaps. Either way, great spot! Friendly area in general, also.

Clean, safe, nice owner attitude

Very nicely maintained and well run rental. We had an infant with us and Pam notified us that place was ready a bit early so that was very accommodating to get baby situated and place set up so we could enjoy rest of the day at the complex pool. Nice list of rules and local favorites provided along with some games, puzzles, tv in each room, all necessary extras like coffee makers, toaster, and all the kitchen necessities.

Clean and close to the boardwalk

Overall, the place was great- very clean and close to the boardwalk. We were able to walk to a great garden stand where they had fresh fruit! The pool was nice, too. My only comment would be that the furniture was dated and overcrowded. We also struggled with the plastic cover over the rug. The decor was definitely not meant for a beach stay but if you’re going just for the outlet shopping and restaurants, then it’s not bad.

Great Family Condo

The location was great. Easy to walk or drive into Rehoboth. We enjoyed the weekly Farmers market that was a short walk away. Along with great breakfast options to walk to. The condo was just as described. Very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Great size for our family of four. We enjoyed the property pool on a few afternoons. Nice shaded areas and plenty of seating around the pool. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The host checked in with me and was very responsive to my texts. The property manager graciously jump-started my daughters car when we went to leave and it wouldn't start. The trip home went smoothly after that!

Great Vacation Venue

I shared this unit with a friend and we both give it rave reviews. Pam was the perfect hostess. During the five months we stayed, there was only one minor issue, and Pam resolved it immediately within 24 hours. The location is perfect for walking or biking to restaurants, bars and the boardwalk. The unit is very comfortable, affordable and has everything you need. I would be happy to return in the future.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. We were long term renters(2 mos) and the place was very nice. Pam was very communicative about any issue that we had as well as any HOA alerts as we were there for 2 tropical storms. The condo has great access to the Junction Breakwater trail, the beach, the farmer market, and the new brewery directly on the other side of the condo.

My family and stayed at this condo for a week. It was clean, and the owners we’re very quick to answer any questions we had. It is in a nice, quiet location. The pool was clean and located very close to the condo. I would definitely rent this property again.

Very comfortable

The condo was very comfortable and we were surprised at how quiet it was at night and during the day. The pool was very nice and well maintained. I drive a full size truck and I was happy that the parking lot allowed enough room for me to park. I would definitely stay at the condo on my next visit to Rehoboth Beach.
