'In één woord fantastisch. Hotel ligt in een prachtige tuin met een verwarmd zwembad. Binnen is alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd, overal is aan gedacht. Het bed ligt heerlijk. Voor onze baby stond een opgemaakt bedje klaar met prachtig beddengoed en een schattige knuffel erin. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!'

'This was a highlight of our 2-week trip to France. The chatelet and property are just beautiful, and, as a musician, the history of the property was just magical. The host is so welcoming and generous with her advice about local attractions. She made us dinner reservations at a charming bistro that was the best meal of our trip, and sent us on the most wonderful local drive. Breakfast was perfect. If you are near Compiegne, you won’t regret a night or 2 or 3 at the Villa du Chatelet.'

'Great stay in this Chateau. The atmosphere is just great. I booked to go to Sial/Villepin, so north of Paris which is within 30 min drive. Worked out well, because traffic is pretty bad going into Paris. I booked the suite. First room I booked which had a pool table! Lot's of space and many nice looking old pieces of furniture and accessoires. You could feel the attention and proud. Breakfast was great. More than enough and served in a very nice room. Staff is the owner and one other person, so...
