'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...

Recepção muito solicita com informações de passeios. Todos os funcionários são mto cordiais e agradáveis. Pousada ainda conta piscina aquecida, sauna, sala de jogos. Há um spa e academia em outra propriedade. Cafe da manha mto bom. Restaurante com otimos pratos, boa variedade e bons preços. Um dos melhores hotéis do Brasil, com certeza.'
