'Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review.'

'Very good service, this hotel is 2 min away from the Rinku town train station with a partial covered walkway. The rooms are Japanese standard, so quite small but enough for a solo traveller. The breakfast was good, although a few more western options would have been appreciated. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport (check the schedules!) and a convenience store located within the premises. 'Super comfortable and convenient. Just a few steps from the train. Had a free welcome party with candy and drinks. The Onsen area is incredible too. Excellent value. Would highly recommend staying here.
The only downside is that won't print anything for you if you need to print a ticket or visa.'
