Pensions in Regio Kinki

'Staff was great. The room was nice, very small. And the bathroom was seperated by a slide door. The heat was crazy in the bathroom. I'

'Tsukihitei is truly an extraordinary place. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful traditional setting, exceptional service, and attention to every detail made the experience unforgettable. It feels like stepping into a hidden gem where Japanese elegance and warm hospitality come together perfectly. A truly special place that I highly recommend.'

'This was absolutely one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Japan or any place else! The mom and daughter duo who run it are so sweet, helpful and genuine, the room was terrific, and breakfast delicious. The location is right where you want to be, within walking distance of lots of Nara sights and great food. I STRONGLY recommend staying at Matsumae Ryokan if at all possible.'

'This small hotel is really cute. The rooms are clean, equipped and super nice! The staff was really helpful and polite. They have breakfast and they have 2 light meals during the day which were good and perfect for what they are. Really happy with the property and the experience. I loved the bathtub with view on the interior garden.'

'Owner was very kind and helpful.'

'An unforgettable traditional ryokan experience! Amazing location, extremely quiet, ultra relaxing, environment to completely unwind. The staff is incredible, the food is delectable, and the tea ceremony (do not skip) is a magical and unforgettable experience. You’re sleeping on a futon on tatami floors in a 157 year old building in historic Kyoto, just as they’ve done for 1,200 years. A wonderful way to spend a night or two during your visit!'

'Agréable, propre, calme , spacieux et traditionnel. Ma famille a adoré.'
