'Nice room, better kept than some other 5 star hotels with bigger names, edges in showers/bathroom could do with a refresh but still far better than many. Best location also, great staff and customer service. Thank you all'

'The Royal Albert Hotel is so convenient being right in the CBD. During our stay we went for many walks to see all the Christmas decorations & lights, everything was so close by. We enjoyed a perfect stay with the staff being very attentive & explained everything very well to us.'

'The room was gorgeous and was exactly what we needed. My main gripe with the room is a lip/step into the bathroom that I kept tripping on. My other issue is a lack of tea towel/cloth in the kitchen. The staff were very helpful especially when we had trouble finding the place, we circled 3 times before pulling up and calling. Would have been nice if the pool was heated, but we used the spa instead. Conveniently located for where we were headed and valet parking cost wwa covered by a promo...

'Fantastic location, and accommodation. Unreliable housekeeping service for some of the most basic things...such as replacement of toiletries, towels, trash.'

'Hotel is very convenient to the bars and clubs of the Valley Mall. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Shower was excellent. Pool area with sun lounges on rooftop was a nice place to swim and sunbathe. Parking on site at $30 was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again. '

'The location was excellent, in the heart of the city and close to the parks as well. The height and view was inspiring and allowed you to feel outside the buzz of city life. The apartments are clean and modern and had good kitchen facilities. The only negative was the noise of the street cleaning machines between 1 a.m and 7 a.m.'
