'The beds were clean, and AC works very well , nice shower. Very clean room overall. Nice staff but not very helpful sadly.. When i woke up in the middle of the night and noticed that there were roaches by the bed nightstand and I then contacted the front desk to see if I could get another room and they said it was too late to do that which I can understand, lol i even asked if they had roach spray and that would be good enough for me but he said they didn’t and apologized. 'Na een lange vliegreis van Schiphol naar Houston is de zekerheid van een goed onderkomen in de buurt van het vliegveld een prettige gedachte. Het hotel voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Een mooie ruime kamer voorzien van alle faciliteiten. De volgende morgen was het ontbijt, zeker voor Amerikaanse begrippen, prima. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Over de ligging: Binnen een half uur hadden we de auto geparkeerd in downtown Houston. Kortom: een aanrader bij het begin van...
