« The place was extremely clean and comfortable. A great front deck for relaxing and beautiful surrounding property. Comfortable beds, pillows and wonderful towels. « Black Diamond Chalet was the perfect weekend getaway for a group of 12. The location was a very easy drive from the Pittsburgh area using GPS. Inside, everything was well stocked, clean, and the jacuzzi tub was a perfect addition.Overall communication with the property manager for a few questions were responded to promptly. « This was our first time staying anywhere besides a hotel, and we always travel with our pets. They’re afraid in the hotel because they hear noise and people in the hallway. They loved it here. Our cats had a vacation just like we did and that meant a lot to us.It was also clear that it was an older place, but it had character and we could tell they went to a lot of trouble to make it cozy. And it was we very much enjoyed our stay. »

"Je n'attendais pas grand chose de cet établissement à part un lieu simple et propre pour faire étape. J'ai découvert une chambre au charme désuet (passons), à la moquette crasseuse et baignée par une forte odeur de renfermé et tabac froid. La climatisation était assourdissante et il a fallu l'éteindre pour fermer l'oeil. Mais le comble fut de découvrir après une mauvaise nuit que j'avais été piquée par des punaises de lit, avec une belle allergie en prime. La médiocrité du petit-déjeuner est-elle pertinente à relever ? Un conseil, passez votre chemin !"
