I Wish I could leave photos here of the deep urine stains, unlokced safe, no sea view as advertised and its a totally different condo, put in a left handed room, when it should have been right handed, internet went after about 4 days and up to now the host had not responded for the last ten days. TERRIBLE RESPONSE! I had to buy a sim phone card. My recommendations is, dont stay here.'

'Diese Wohnung gibt es gar nicht.Es ist reiner Betrug .Ist im Besitz eines Privatmannes (Engländer ) der Angebot vorhandene Pool gibt es gar nicht .Ich war nach sehr langer Suche mit der mithilfe von ( Thailändern) vor Ort habe mit Besitzer gesprochen der mir glaubhaft sagte das dies keine Ferienwohnung sei.Bei Bedarf sende ich ihnen gerne Bilder...Nun hoffe ich das ein entgekommen ihrerseits selbstverständlich ist.freundliche Grüße Harald Rudolf'

'Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr gut,die Verwaltung dort war eher schwierig in der Kommunikation Der Strompreis war nihücht nachvollziehbar weil schon bei der Ankunft nicht gezeigt wurde wo der Zähler abgelesen wurde Obwohl die Abreise schon am Tag vorher kommuniziert war und wir zum Flughafen nach Bangkok mussten kam die Verwaltung leider viel zu spät und wir waren bereits wartend im Taxi Der Preis für den Strom war unseres Erachtens zu hoch'

'Ich bin normalerweise nicht so der Rezessionen Schreiber. Hier ist es mir aber ein Bedürfnis! Angefangen damit, dass vom Vermieter schon vorab jegliche Hilfestellung angeboten wurde, zum Beispiel wurde der komplette Transfer vom/zum Flughafen organisiert, so ging es mit der Umsorgung während des Aufenthaltes weiter. Egal, ob noch etwas im Haus benötigt wurde (z.B. Mehrfachsteckdose) oder ob es um Ausflüge ging, so war immer die gute Fee des Hauses da und konnte immer helfen, was ja nicht...

'Great location, quiet but close to the famous "walking street". Large swimming pool, and very large hot thub. The villa are exactly same the picture with 5 bedrooms. The villa was stunning and a pleasure to stay in. The housekeeping works daily. The staff is nice worker. WiFi, fridge, TV, air-conditioning all is is good. I highly recommend you live in this villa. nothing'
