'I called ahead to insure I had the room I was expecting. I spoke with a manager on site that assured me i did. I rented a suite for a friend's birthday. I arrived and was informed that just because I reserved a certain room didn't mean I could get it. They had trouble finding a room to suit what I reserved. The room was dirty, the bed was unmade, towels in the floor. They couldn't move me anywhere without down grading my reservation. I had to wait an additional hour and a half. I was super...

'It is located very close to Santa Clara University which is why we picked it. The sink did not drain and filled with water. There was a handprint on the wall in some clear liquid. The price was good. '

'The breakfast was great. They have lots of options and it is much better than the Holiday Inn that we stayed at last weekend in San Diego. They only do housekeeping every 2 days but the attendants are always around to replace towels, etc. if needed between days. We have stayed here many times before and the shuttle to the airport is great. This time we didn't need to use it.'

'It was great! Clean rooms. The only down side was the parking spaces were so small. They will ask for $200 deposit. And very pleased that the money was sent back right after we checked out. '

'I stayed for one night while visiting Santa Clara University with my daughter. The hotel was super close and convenient as it is not only across the street from SCU, but also next to a bus stop to/from the airport and the Caltrain which goes into San Francisco. The staff was very friendly, I appreciate using the gym during my stay and loved the convenience of the suite with kitchenette so we could store breakfast food. The property was also very quiet despite being near a relatively busy road....
