« This place is a quiet little gem. All you hear are the birds chirping outside. There was homemade banana bread in our room and cold water in the fridge after a very long drive from Phoenix.. their backyard is like an oasis in paradise. You can swing and listen to the trickle of their fountain while looking up at the palm trees.. you honestly could just have a private getaway without going to the beach. « It is a beautiful property and the views are stunning. Even though it’s perched on top of the hill, it is surprisingly close to wineries and dining. You rent the ground floor of the house and it has a bar, small refrigerator and coffee machine. Pretty much everything you need for a short and enjoyable stay. »

« Absolutely beautiful property just outside of Lakeside, CA. We selected this location due to it's proximity to my cousin's condo, and it was perfect. House was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and everything was as described! We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. »

« This was a great place to stay for our anniversary and family getaway! The property was affordable, clean, private, and central to a lot of places that we visited (the zoo, the children’s museum, LOTS of restaurants!). With the host’s directions too, it was easy to locate the parking space. « Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside! »

« Beautiful, peaceful, quiet and lovely place. We enjoyed our and able to get good sleep on their comfortable beds. It was so close to Rancho Guejito Vineyard/Wedding Venue, which was so convenient for us to close to my daughter’s wedding. Highly recommend this place. »
