All this and more in a remodeled kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. All essentials are provided: small appliances, cooking utensils, cookware, silverware, plate ware, and stemware to ensure a memorable culinary experience.

The inviting living area, adorned with a thick glass-top dining table, seats four to six guests comfortably. Unwind in the plush armchairs as you enjoy a show on the large-screen, Smart TV, or simply bask in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 administration fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.
